Clockwork Screed transformed uneven pre-cast concrete slabs across three floors of a multi-million pound Hale super-home for Bayley & Swift. Instead of costly PIR boards, poured insulation self-levelled voids up to 25mm variation over 300m², enabling seamless underfloor heating installation.

Liquid screed at 25mm thickness followed, self-compacting around 2km of pipework for optimal thermal performance, drying in 24-48 hours with zero waste from on-site batching.

Traditional screed? Numerous days drying, uneven finishes, and trades standing around. Liquid screed changes that completely.

Our high-performance mix goes down smooth, covers 1000m² per day, and handles massive areas (100m²+ with UFH, 150m² without) joint-free. Unlike anhydrite screeds, it works anywhere, outdoors, wet areas, no restrictions.

Foot traffic in 24-48 hours. Floor finishes at just 2.5% moisture (anhydrite needs 0.5% and months of waiting). That's real programme acceleration.
