Myself and Louise from Louise Oldham | Bespoke Wellbeing Treatments are teaming up to bring you our first Sunday Reset at the beautiful Magpie Cottages, Marple (https://www.magpiecottages.co.uk/).

Step into a calm, beautiful and welcoming space in the countryside. We’ll begin with a gentle Pilates session to help you stretch, strengthen and reconnect with your body. This will be slow paced class suitable for women of all fitness levels. After a small break we’ll begin a soothing sound bath to help you fully unwind, release tension and reset. The whole experience will last about 1hour 45minutes and afterwards feel free to explore the private woodland* at Magpie Cottages, you could even bring a picnic and find a pretty spot by the river.

This morning reset is perfect for anyone wanting a break from busy days and a chance to do something special for yourself. ❤️

Please note access to this studio involves climbing a short flight of stairs and that this is for adults only, no little ones can accompany you to this session. Free parking is available at Magpie Cottages.
