Ruth and Louise have teamed up again to create a special postnatal morning. Always led by the babies, (no pressure if you need to feed, change nappies, cuddle, walk around!) we will host a morning event of postnatal Pilates, baby massage and sound bath ❤️

Come to move, relax and enjoy a special morning together!

You’ll find us at Marple Sports Club at 9.45am - 11.30am - there are some gorgeous walks and lovely cafes nearby too if you wanted to make a day of it!

Come and join us

Imagine taking a couple of hours out of your usual routine…

Arriving at beautiful Magpie Cottages & Spa.

A gentle Pilates session where you can stretch, move and reconnect with your body.

A little break.

Then lying down, getting comfortable and listening to the sounds of the singing bowls as you let yourself completely switch off.

And afterwards, there’s the option to wander through the private woodland, sit by the river or simply take your time before heading home.

That’s our Reset Session.

Ruth and I wanted to create something that wasn’t about pushing yourself or achieving anything.

Just movement, stillness and a bit of time to breathe.

Suitable for all fitness levels and adults only.
