This time last year, we launched our Spinners Yard development in Leeds City Centre 🎉

From enquiry to move in 📦

Here’s a step-by-step guide on our process of renting one of our homes.

1. Send an enquiry. This can be through a property on property portals or directly through our website risehomes.co.uk – you can also call team to ask any questions you might have, you can find each number on the development pages on the website
2. Give us a bit more detail. What you’re looking for, how many people, budget, moving timeline etc
3. Get booked in for a viewing with the team
4. Meet a member of our team, tour the apartment(s) and building and ask any questions that you might have
5. Fill out and send over your application form and get information on paying your holding deposit
6. Go through referencing and credit checks
7. Book in your move in date
8. Meet the team onsite to get the keys to your new Rise Homes apartment

Today marks a bittersweet day for us all at Rise Homes as we say goodbye to Moe on her last day with the team before retirement ✈️

Moe has been a crucial cog in our team for many years, not only for The Mailbox team, but across the entire company. Her hard work, dedication, and support over the years have made a lasting impact.

She will be hugely missed by us, our residents and our office occupants. We wish her nothing but the best for her retirement and future travels!
