🎉 Viaduct is 10! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating 10 years of Viaduct Housing Partnership and the difference it has made across Stockport.

What started in 2016 with just 14 modular homes at Cross Keys has grown into more than 1,000 completed homes.

From creating affordable routes to homeownership, to transforming historic sites and supporting local communities, it’s been an incredible decade.

A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey and most importantly, to the people and families who now call a Viaduct home.
