Our survey team are members of RICS with a minimum of 10 years experience in residential surveying. Whether it’s a Homebuyers Report or a valuation for probate purposes we can provide a professional report from a qualified surveyor. Conveyancing
We work with a panel of local solicitors who are experienced in residential or commercial conveyancing. They work on a fixed price, no sale, no fee so that you know what to set aside for solicitors costs. Mortgages
We work with independent financial advisers who will be able to offer you mortgages from a range of lenders. Property Maintenance
Whether it is a matter of a few odd jobs or a full renovation our maintenance team will be able to offer you a competitive quote and a high quality service. For specialist works we can also recommend contractors.
