A before and after of a new tiled roof fitted on one of our BTL properties. Unfortunately the old slate tiles was perished and therefore no longer watertight. We have to take the rough with the smooth sometimes, but a great job! 😀

This property was in such a terrible state and the refurbishment proved to be challenging, but very happy with the end result, what a difference! The tenant was lined up prior to completion and the rental value agreed was a little higher than expected, but more importantly we have provided a lovely home for a young mother and her child. She is over the moon! 🙌🏠
