Today’s guest star: a bathroom basin that has officially stopped believing in drainage.

Blocked sinks usually start as a small issue, then become slow draining water, smells, grime build-up, and a job nobody wanted on their to-do list.

That’s why regular inspections matter. Small problems are much easier to sort before they become bigger ones.

Property life is never boring. Sometimes it just fills up slowly.

Today’s discovery: a bin bag containing enough mystery liquid to make everyone step back immediately.

This is what happens when rubbish gets ignored for too long. It quickly turns into smells, mess, hygiene issues, and a problem nobody wants to deal with later.

Regular inspections help spot things early and keep shared homes in better shape for everyone living there.

Every letting agent has stories. Unfortunately, this is one of ours.
