Some people manage tasks. Bronwyn manages the entire operation 😅

From finance and marketing to planning, systems, communication and the hundreds of moving parts behind the scenes… she’s the one keeping the bigger picture together while the rest of us are busy causing problems.

Calm under pressure. Sharp on detail. Usually three steps ahead of everybody else in the room.

Turns out Adrian’s been colour matching himself to the floor joists again 😅

At this point we’re not even sure where the timber ends and the trade begins.

Perfect finish though. 10/10 blend. Would probably lose him in a dusty loft for at least 3 business days.

A bit of ivy on the roof might look harmless. It isn’t.

Climbing growth can lift tiles, trap moisture, block gutters and hide damage until water starts getting inside.

Then the cheap garden job becomes a roof repair.

Small warning signs are always cheaper than big surprises.

Pieter heard one song and immediately decided the office needed a live performance.

No jobs were quoted during this moment. No maintenance plans were discussed. Just pure Friday energy and absolute commitment to the soundtrack.

To be fair… after the week the admin team has had, this was probably necessary.

The trades climbing roofs in freezing weather.
The trades crawling through lofts and under floors.
