From 1 May 2026, the long-standing Section 21 โ€œno-faultโ€ eviction notice, which allows landlords to ask tenants to leave without giving a reason, will be abolished under the Rentersโ€™ Rights Act. ๐Ÿ‘‡

So what happens instead?
