Many people ask us what 'no voids ' means as this is something we often talk about on social media so we thought we would clarify.

The Providers we work with will pay for your property for the term of the contract whether it is full or empty.

The demand in this space means that it would be rare for your property to be empty but if that ever were to happen the rent offer you were presented with would be what you would receive each month for the term of the contract.

Pictures of one of the 4 properties were handing over this week...these 4 properties will help to house 16 service users ❤️🏘️❤️ 16 people who will have the right support to get on in life.

This one was sourced in conjunction with KIS Sourcing Limited ...so not only did our investor base know they had a performing asset to look forward to , they also had a hands off experience whilst we completed works on the property.

A beautiful property handed over today to one of our Providers . Not only have we created sustainable income for the landlord but a home for 5 service users....helping them on the path to a better future ❤️

Isabel was in the North West completing a mentorship so we took the opportunity to meet up ...

Often meet ups are via zoom as we are based accross the Country so it's good to see each other in the flesh...

We couldn't meet for long as had lots of exciting viewings to attend and snagging visits to do so we can get our properties handed over to house those awaiting a safe roof over their head.

Marie , Jamie's Mum even joined us ❤️🏘️❤️ it was so lovely to have her input today.

Sometimes we get so busy handing over properties we forget the real impact we are having on Society and the pathway we are creating between the private rented sector and social housing sector.

Massive shout out to Simon Kerr who drives across the Country to sign off these properties alongside our trusted housing partners so they can be handed over - this month alone we will be handing over properties that will help to house 30 service users.

It makes us immensely proud to think of how far we have come as a Company from Simon's initial idea to making it happen.

We always knew we wanted to help in this space and really feel like we are helping to make a difference to people's lives...empowering them to move on in life with a safe roof over their head.

Happy Monday All ❤️

Not only do we Provide Social Housing Contracts we also work alongside some amazing Providers to build innovative schemes.

We are currently working on an exciting temporary housing scheme . It has been great to be able to work with our housing partners on this one to meet Local Authority requirements. Most importantly we will provide a home to many over the next few years .

The most important part is collaboration; fitting all the requirements together whilst achieving financial sustainability so the scheme is there for the long term.

As a Company this makes us super proud knowing we will help vulnerable people on their road to recovery and a new life. Now that's social impact right there ❤️🏘️❤️

Sorry we've been a little quiet but there's been lots going on in the background ❤️

We are super excited to announce that we have now affiliated with Social Housing Property Partners in order to deliver our training packages.

Social housing property partners will work alongside Auxilium in order to deliver packages that not only show people how to invest in social housing but the fundamental basics. There will be a new improved package dedicated to sourcing social and supported housing.

Our new business partners are helping us to redesign the packages to best suit all the feedback we have received on the course and it's content .you asked, we listened...thank you 🙏.

Ethics and sustainability will always be at the heart of what we deliver and we can't wait to share the new packages with you when they are finalised ❤️🏘️❤️

Our Director Isabel wanted to share a memory from her time working with Teto 6 years ago!

Through charity fundraising she experienced first hand social impact and the difference that can be made in society ...she wanted to bring her knowledge to the UK to collaborate with the private rented sector and Providers accross the UK to provide much needed sustainable and ethical housing ❤️🏘️❤️

I can’t believe I was 20 when I met this family. I was leading the construction in a community in the coast of São Paulo, Brasil, called Areião. We were going to build 16 houses in the space of 6 days - this takes 2/3 month to prepare.

This family was one of the families we built a house with. She was the grandmother of the cute little boy that had had several respiratory issues, including Dengue, due to the condition of their house (cardboard paper put together).

In a letter the grandmother wrote to me at the end of the construction, she shared that she had bought rat poison for her and her grandson because life was too hard to live and that Teto had given her the will to fight on. I still have this letter in my bedside table as it gives me the will to continue fighting for what i believe in which is my ability to improve people’s lives.

I am so blessed to be working creating such change through Auxilium Property Management and KIS Sourcing Limited Living the dream - even if some days it can be challenging as most people in property in this market will know!
