🥰 Sometimes, despite everyone’s best efforts, a move just isn’t meant to be.
Over the past few weeks, our team worked tirelessly to hold together a particularly fragile chain. Countless phone calls, difficult conversations, problem-solving and persistence went into trying to find a solution for all involved.
Unfortunately, the chain ultimately fell apart.
What we didn’t expect was to receive this thoughtful gift and card from our vendor, simply to thank the team for everything we had done along the way.
It was a reminder that success isn’t always measured by completions and sold signs. Sometimes it’s about knowing you’ve done absolutely everything possible for your clients, and that they recognise the care, commitment and hard work behind the scenes.
