In this uncertain time we just wanted to address how we have updated our daily practices at Ian Perks to protect both the public and our staff from COVID-19.

We ask that you only come to the office if you need to, if it can be dealt with over the phone, that is preferred. Please do not attend the office if you are displaying flu like symptoms.

- If you do visit our office, please use the hand sanitiser provided in the entrance, before entering the main reception area. Customers will be greeted in a friendly and professional manner but strictly no handshakes!

- All contact points in customer areas including door handles, are being regularly sanitised.

- For prospective tenants and buyers attending viewing appointments, please let us know if you feel unwell and we will happily reschedule your appointment. Viewings will be kept to a 10-15 minute time frame.

We are happy to report that all our staff are currently fit and well and if any member of staff display symptoms of Coronavirus they will be asked to stay at home and self isolate following advice given.

Most of our staff are able to work remotely and from home so we are confident the current situation will cause minimum disruption, but we are obviously closely monitoring advice given along with the rest of the country.
