New venture for Agnew Properties. One bedroom self catering holiday cottage. Sleeps 2. All on one level . Free long stay parking 50 yards away and parking outside cottage. Located in Stranraer town centre. 2 minutes walk to beach and marina. 5 minutes walk to Agnew Park. 2 minutes walk to shops and restaurants / cafes and bars. 5 minutes walk to the castle of St John . 7 miles to Stena Line and P&O ferry terminals. Minimum of two nights stay. A choice of three lynx golf courses are between 5 and 15 minutes drive away. No smoking and sorry no pets. Supplied for your convenience during your stay are bed linen and towels. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, smart digital flat screen tv, free WiFi, modern fitted kitchen with washing machine, cooker / hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer box, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, hoover, games compendium. Had a fantastic day at Kirkcolm Bowling Club invitation pairs on Saturday. As always at Kirkcolm they made Linda and I and the other guests feel most welcome. We also had the pleasure of sponsoring the tournament. Wishing the club every success and hope we can do it again next year. Congratulations to the winners and runners up.

Great views of Loch Ryan when it’s not raining. £350 pcm band A council tax. New kitchen put in last year . White goods provided ie new hob and oven, washing machine, fridge freezer. Sorry No Pets.
