Sometimes there is a client who is just “special”.

Some time ago, a wonderful lady trusted us with the sale of her family home which she had lived in for over 40 years. We all thought it would be easy!

It wasn’t.

We encountered a huge hurdle when an oak tree was discovered to have caused some problems with the property. We didn’t give up and importantly neither did she.

Mrs H knew we would look after her and we guided her through claiming on her insurance and having the necessary repairs and monitoring carried out.

Many people would have given up, decided to just stay put, blamed the agent or at least become angry. Not Mrs H. Today, after 3 years (yes, 3 years!) we finally get to wish her all the best wishes in the world as she begins the next chapter of her life, closer to her family.

She has been the kindest, most patient, most polite client we could possibly have wished for. All the best, Mrs H, you thoroughly deserve it. 🏡🗝️❤️
