*Experience in client reporting with strong commercial acumen

*Excellent organisational skills are essential

*General property market knowledge, a good understanding of Stroud and the
surrounding valleys

*Excellent communication skills with team members and clients including
house builders, mortgage advisors, and solicitors.

*Ability to keep up to date with the local property market

*Excellent communication skills at all levels with a great natural ability
and desire to hold a conversation and get to know your client

*Accurate, numerate and computer literate with Word and Excel processes

*Ability to work additional hours as required by the company to meet client

*You must have a full UK driving licence, and own a suitable business-level

Estate Agent Day to Day Duties will include:

*To attend to agency general needs including regular Meetings.

*Handle internet property enquiries with priority in a productive and prompt
manner

*To assist diarise and attend on-site viewings with appropriate marketing
material. Appropriate Offer Procedures, Collation of Client Information
along with preparation to meet industry rules

*To ensure our clients are advised asap of viewings being booked and
feedback of buyer and tenant interest, and given regular feedback but
especially following activity on their properties that may secure sales or
lets.

*To attend and review property market appraisals for sales with the
residential supporting team

*Maintain the property portals the company supports to ensure brochures are
accurate and at the correct status

All in all, if you are driven, passionate about property, love liaising with
your clients, key stakeholders and your team, dream of being part of an
energetic and exciting business, have your own car, this could be perfect
for you

Hours of work: Whilst business needs must always be accommodated, hours of
will generally be Monday to Friday 9 am. until 6.00 pm. with alternate
Saturdays, 9.00 am to 4pm, with day off during week in lieu, occasional
Sundays - as with Saturday.

We are hoping to raise as much money as possible so please, please, please, can you spare a donation, however small to this wonderful cause.
