S and S property maintenance was established in 2011 due to what we felt to be a large number of businesses offering poor workmanship for high prices. Originally started as a property renovation business for ourselves and has since grown into a business which offers renovation, maintenance and repair work for all who require it.

Our services include:

Bathroom fitting and renovation
Plumbing repairs
General refurbishments
Kitchen fitting and renovation
Interior redesign including stud walling and plastering
Building of sheds
Roof maintenance and repair
Laying of patios
Driveways
Cotswold stone walling
Design and build of Bespoke garden furniture and garden rooms
General building and gardening works
This is by no means a complete list and is constantly being updated as we see the need for a larger offering!

Our goal has always been to provide affordable work of a high standard with great attention to detail. In this way it isn’t just a job for us, it is a passion! All of our work is completed with full customer satisfaction in mind and is only complete when the customer is happy. Not just happy but happy to the point that they recommend us to others. It is a simple ethos and one which we stand by.
