⚽ World Cup fever is here, and we’re looking forward to enjoying all the football over the coming weeks!

We were delighted to lead the transformation of the Neptune Works building in Redditch for Budget Shipping Containers …reimagining the building, which was once an Industrial Revolution needle factory, in to a modern workspace designed for growth, wellbeing and long-term flexibility.

Through thoughtful design, accessibility improvements, energy efficient upgrades and full project management, we helped create a headquarters that reflects BSC’s bold identity while supporting its expanding team.

🤝 At Masefields, we love making local connections and working with fellow local businesses, so it was fantastic to meet David Harrison from Win That Contract at a recent Alcester Business Club networking session at Minerva Mill Innovation Centre

☀️ What a gloriously sunny day it is in Studley… The sun was shining bright down on Masefields HQ today with not a cloud in the sky!

☀️ This glorious Monday sunshine has us reminiscing about this beautiful riverside project in Worcester that completed a few years ago.

🏡 We worked with a private client to transform their three bedroom bungalow into a thoughtfully designed ‘forever home’, tailored to both current and future needs.

🪴 Set within a generous sloping garden, the design placed bedrooms on the lower ground floor beneath a large frameless balcony, maximising views across the landscape.

🥂 The ground floor was reconfigured to replace the existing conservatory with a spacious open-plan living and entertainment area, complete with a snug and kitchen.

💡 Throughout the project, we collaborated with in-house SAP/EPC assessors to enhance energy performance, reducing heat loss in winter and preventing overheating in summer through features such as projected eaves and recessed glazing for natural shading.
