ββFROM AIR B&B'S TO A BEAUTIFUL NEW HOME IN β
Fiona and Dave Lee-Allan sold their former home in Earls Colne and as other house sales had fallen through due to survey results, had been living in Ari B&B's for several months. An internet search led them to view Anderson's four-bedroom 'The Sutherbie' at , Sudbury. The couple visited the development in February 2023 and six weeks later, they moved in......
Fiona commented: "We bought the four-bedroom former show home. Everything is beautifully done, and it ticked so many boxes. The kitchen living space is very large and sold it to us straight away. We then saw the separate spacious study, brilliant for me as I work from home. The landscaped garden is well established and wonderfully laid out."
The couple and their Golden Doodle, Barney, are getting to know their new area and have enjoyed exploring the local countryside. Fiona added: "For us the location is spot on, we love the positioning of the house as well as the setting. There are so many amazing walks around here with the country parks, disused airfield and Chilton Woods. We feel like we're on the edge of the town, but with a village feel. There are some beautiful English villages nearby like Long Melford and Lavenham."
This is the first time the couple have purchased a new build home. They said: "Despite what you sometimes hear, the experience was in fact a very pleasant one. The Anderson Sales Team was super informative and efficient. They recommended a solicitor that we also used. And since we've moved in, we've been really impressed with the caring attention to detail. We've dealt with some very nice people."
