Here are some pictures of the 2 bed property we picked the keys up for a few weeks back.

We’re already underway with the rip out and ready to start the refurbishment works in the New Year.

A tenant has already been lined up to move in as soon as the works are complete.

🏠 HMO Project Update 🏠

After a few hurdles, we’re finally getting towards the last stages of getting our HMO ready for the rental market.

While we wait for the furniture to be delivered, the bathroom and kitchen are getting finished in between Christmas and the New Year.

We can’t wait to get this one finished and rented out!

🏠 We picked the keys up for this big 3 bed recently 🏠

Expecting a quick turnaround with a new kitchen, bathroom refresh and decorate throughout.

Then it’s over to our Letting Agent to find a suitable tenant.

Considering they had 16 suitable applicants within 2 days of marketing a recent property and having the new tenant move in the day after the previous one… I don’t think we’ll have a problem getting this tenanted out.

🏚 HMO Project Update 🏚

Now we’ve had all of the windows replaced with double glazing, and new front and back doors… it’s time to get cracking with refurbishing this property.

Everything has been ripped out and removed with a bit of structural work done in the meantime to secure some of the floors.

The first fix wiring and pipe work has also been carried out, ready for the plastering to start.
