At Rox Properties, we have successfully completed transforming this stunning duplex apartment into one of the North East's finest Airbnb's for one of our clients. Since starting our journey in August 2020, we have overseen a vast number of projects and completions for our clients, but this might just be the best one yet ⭐️

Since going live on Saturday, we have already seen eight requests for bookings and anticipate many more in the weeks and months to come!

Whilst many property investors avoid listed buildings due to potentially higher maintenance costs and insurance premiums, there are additional factors to consider which may offer investors greater yields in the future.

Scarcity drives value. Due to tighter legislation surrounding these properties, the supply of listed buildings is limited. Assuming the property is properly managed, this rarity can often help them appreciate to a greater extent than unlisted properties in comparable areas and offers extra curb appeal to prospective tenants.

Location is key. Listed buildings are typically situated in central postcodes, conservation areas, or prime countryside villages where space is at a premium and new developments are uncommon.
