Cllr. Terry Wood, town Mayor of Sutton Coldfield was our guest of honour last Friday at a tour of Boldmere Place, organised for the local community.

Guests drawn from the local council, community, business and residents groups saw first hand how MACC Retirement has given the derelict Adult Education Centre site a new lease of life with the building of Boldmere Place, its luxury retirement living complex.

Then it was time to enjoy a delicious buffet put together by the very talented team behind the site's public bistro which in itself is fast becoming a great new community asset.
