Jess began her career as an apprentice at AE Commercial (and sister company Marwood Surveyors) in July 2021, where she pursued a Level 3 Administration course, successfully completing the apprenticeship with a pass and a distinction star.

She worked closely with all members of the team, gaining experience across the AE Commercial portfolio until successfully securing her current role in March 2024.

Jess ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of various properties, organising and overseeing property inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and facilitating communication between property owners and tenants.

Outside of the AE Commercial team, Jess has a passion for travel and enjoy exploring new places and cultures. She has three adorable guinea pigs named Chestnut, Biscuit, and Twix, and Jess cherishes spending quality time with her family, both furry and human!
