What you'll be doing:

🏡 Negotiating offers for sales and lettings
📊 Carrying out property valuations for sales and lettings
📋 Managing lettings administration and tenancy referencing
📞 Handling new enquiries and incoming leads
🔑 Coordinating property viewings and follow-ups
📢 Updating sales applicants and matching them with suitable properties
📝 Creating property brochures and marketing materials
🤝 Liaising with landlords, tenants, buyers, and contractors

What we’re looking for:

✔ Experience in estate agency, lettings, or property management preferred
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Professional, proactive, and customer-focused
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
