AirTV Project
During 2022 we have been delighted to be working with AirTV who are producing a stunning new series of derelict buildings being brought back to life. Matt Richards and Jenny Ramsden from AirTV have worked tirelessly to keep meticulous attention to detail. HPM’s dedicated team interpreted architects’ drawings and presented CGI presentations of how the derelict buildings moved through stages of renovation.
The first programme of ‘Derelict Recue’ went live on Discovery+ Monday the 17th of October 2022. There are more programmes to see in the series with breathtaking results brought about by passionate homeowners making their dreams come true. They are Britain’s most ambitious home builders, determined to build a new life for their families while taking on the country’s most rundown abandoned buildings.
From crumbling railway stations to abandoned RAF bases, disused lighthouses to imposing water towers, across the UK dozens of enthusiastic families with ambition and building skills are hard at work turning the unloved and neglected relics of our history into a unique place to live.
Where most of us see a derelict eyesore ripe for demolition, they see an ideal modern home… often inspired by a private passion.
