Let me tell you about Regent Street…a gorgeous home which just wasn’t getting the attention it deserved 😢

After sitting on the market for 3 months with another agent the sellers decided to give us a go after being recommend by friends 💕

We completely refreshed the strategy and agreed a sale in just 10 days! 🤝✨

So what did we do differently?

📸 Fewer photos, with more impact
Instead of overwhelming buyers with endless images we focused on the strongest shots that created curiosity and encouraged viewings including aerial shots to showcase the traditional features.

💰Smarter pricing strategy
We repositioned the property on a clean round figure to maximise exposure within Rightmove search brackets.

💻Better floorplans
The rooms in this home are exceptionally large, so including clear measurements helped buyers properly understand the scale of the property.

📹Video tour included
If buyers have been given as much information about the property prior to viewing this reduces negative feedback and promotes viewings from serious buyers only!
