Not something you are perhaps thinking about at present but if you are considering a new build or extension to your house then now is the time you should be starting the design process. If you are thinking to start a project in the summer this year then you should get your planning application submitted in January. You should allow around 15 weeks to obtain planning and say 5 weeks to gain approval for building regulations. We specialise in smaller projects such as home extensions as we a small practice but will produce plans for one-off house types.
CC Design Consultancy is based in the East Midlands and can guide you through all aspects of planning your project and even help with builder recommendations. We have many Civic and Design Awards gained over our years of running a design consultancy. We also have a partnering agreement with the LABC and can submit detailed drawings for approval for your project.
