Ahead of schedule on our Porthcawl property! Nice to see our contractors pushing through with the project, even on a Bank Holiday Monday! ⁣

One of our ongoing projects at Porthcawl moves into the next phase.

First fix electrics and plumbing all complete. Now we move onto insulating/boarding all of the external walls and prep work for plastering.

We are very happy with the progress and especially how clean the site was during our visit.

We popped to the project this afternoon to check out how the builders have been getting on.

We are thrilled to see the knock through has begun in the kitchen area.
- Walls dropped and re-structured on the whole top floor.
- En-suite mapped out on the top floor
- 2nd floor bathroom walls dropped and re-structured to maximise space
- Unsafe walls dropped and new studding in place
- First fix electrics almost complete
