As the transformation takes shape and we near the finish 🏁line, key milestones are being celebrated en-route to final inspection, and sign-off 📝, by our team and social housing provider.

Since our last Update:-

✅ Plastering complete.

✅ Painting has commenced.

✅ 2nd Fix for Electrics⚡️completed.

✅ Kitchen installation nearing completion.

✅ Bathroom installations nearing completion.

✨PROJECT UPDATE of Former Drug Den!!✨

With the refurbishment works in full swing, our for Drug Den transformation is taking shape with key milestones being reached, and more to follow over the next few weeks.

Progress since our last Update:-

✅ Another Thumbs Up 👍🏻 from our
Building Inspector’s 👷‍♀️recent visit
to site to inspect the works.

✅ 1st Fix for Central Heating completed.

✅ 1st Fix for Electrics⚡️completed.


✅ Additional Fire Boarding installed to 1st
Floor Ceilings per the Council Fire 🧯
Regulation requirements for a 60min fire
rating.

✅ Waterproofing works to Kitchen area have
commenced.

✅ Kitchen ordered with Installation to
commence end of November.

✅ Structural Steel Beam installed to support
(removed) load bearing wall in the passage
& Dining Room (New communal space).
