Last week we finished working on this lovely apartment in Gorseinon that had been left in very poor condition by previous occupants. Now it has had a full redec, carpets cleaned plus a deep clean throughout it is now sparkling and ready to be let. Whilst we were working there we were asked to clean up the communal entrance and stairwell which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for some time, but is now much more welcoming for all the residents. Absolute pleasure to prepare an inventory at this fabulous property overlooking Caswell Bay earlier today. Set over three levels with three balconies, huge kitchen diner with sea views, and even a cinema room this property really does have the wow factor! ❤️🏡❤️

Today we had the pleasure of deep cleaning this lovely house in Cwmafan. It has recently been sold so we were instructed to get it sparkling clean ready for the next Owners to move in to. We have to say that the house looked fantastic once we had worked our magic, and we hope the new Owners will be very happy there!
