We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but for good reason.

It’s been a busy few weeks across the business.

We’ve completed the refurbishment of our Blackwood office, creating a better space for the team day-to-day, and we’ve expanded in Hereford, moving into larger offices within the Shell Store as we continue to grow.

We’ve also welcomed new colleagues into the business. It’s great to see the team growing, and these additions bring extra experience and support at a time when demand for our services continues to increase.

Alongside this, we’ve started a litter-picking initiative in support of our charity partner Faith in Families. It’s been great to see so many of the team getting involved and doing something positive in the local community.

Plenty going on, and plenty more to come.

On Friday we held a fantastic team day! 🎉

Our quiz and “Truth or Lie” challenge had everyone guessing, learning a few surprising facts, and enjoying some light-hearted competition. It was a great reminder that teamwork is about building connections and enjoying time together.

We also announced our charity of the year - Faith In Families Swansea, starting with our Big Cwtch Lunch. We looking forward to supporting this great cause over the next 12 months!

It’s a privilege to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and makes a difference every day. We also took the opportunity to give recognition to our long-term team members, thank you for your commitment and loyalty.

Looking forward to putting our planning into action and moving forward together in 2026.
