I don’t normally put negative stuff on FB but just had a chat with Virgin Media because they have put my price up while still in contract. Anyway, as you know I’m a polite and friendly guy and her accent sounded Portuguese. So while she was going into my account and me being Portuguese I very politely said “you sound Portuguese”, her reply: “Yes sir but that is irrelevant to this call”. wtf! My reply was “wow, great customer service, you’re right it is irrelevant and thank you for pointing that out to me”. Her day would go a lot better if she had a friendly positive attitude. People like this have no business being in customer service’s or customer interaction… I have 4 accounts with them. Think it’s time to change. Well done .
