Hi guys, long time no see! 👋🥰💕 I haven’t posted much lately because we’ve been enjoying our holiday ☀️🌸 We’ve just returned from an amazing adventure around Scandinavia! ✈️🚗🗺️✨
We explored beautiful Lapland, travelling through Sweden 🇸🇪, Finland 🇫🇮 and Norway 🇳🇴. Along the way, we saw so many beautiful reindeer wandering freely even on the roads! 🦌🦌🌲😍
We visited Nordkapp, one of Europe’s most northerly points accessible by road, around 500 km north of the Arctic Circle! 🌍🧭❄️🥶 From there, we drove to the breathtaking Lofoten Islands 🏔️🌊😍
One of our craziest and most unforgettable experiences was warming up in a traditional sauna 🔥🧖♀️ and then jumping straight into the freezing Arctic Sea! 🌊🧊🥶🏊♀️😂 It was absolutely freezing, but so much fun! 🤩🙌
We then returned to Sweden 🇸🇪, where we ended our holiday with an unforgettable stay at the incredible Icehotel in Jukkasjärvi 🧊❄️🏨🤩 It is the world’s first and largest hotel built from snow and ice! The traditional winter hotel is rebuilt every year using ice from the frozen Torne River and melts back into the river in spring. However, Icehotel 365 stays open throughout the summer, with its ice rooms preserved using solar powered cooling! ☀️🔋🧊❄️ How amazing is that? 😍✨
It was such a wonderful adventure, and we made so many special family memories together 👨👩👦👦❤️📸✨ I hope you’re all having a fantastic summer holiday too! ☀️🌸🥰💕
