It’s been a while so thought I had better show off what we up to
A fantastic dinning room extension for a local family in Tamworth
From nothing to this is a matter of a few weeks
Perfectly matched bricks and pointing
Vaulted ceiling with velux roof skylights
Low energy ked spot lights.
A rated window and French doors
All fully professionally painted finish
Giving the whole build the beautiful finish it deserves
And to add to the overall finish we have replaced the soffit fascia and guttering
And then done a more modern garden redesign of new sandstone patio ,new turf and long lasting sleepers to form boarders

It’s been a while since posted anything
So we thought we would pop one of our little jobs we done the other week on just to show you we still here and still going strong
A full refit of a old en-suite for a local tamworth family

A beautiful gym built by us for a repeat client that has vision and style 🤣👌
Base slabbing and concreted
Fully framed with a good size timber not cheap little bits of thin wood
Lots of sockets and chrome low energy led spot lights
Electric heater included to take the chill off in the cooler English weather
Insulated so it keeps it warm in the winter and cooler in summer with a fully enveloped insulation
Fully lined with upvc cladding to the out side and timber cladding inside painted inside
The client was so happen they can’t wait to start the gym again
And yet again thanks for the drinks biscuits and cakes -lovely -can’t fault the hospitality 👌👌😜

A few pictures from the garage convert finished today
On schedule in perfect time for the client 👍
It was a normal all dusty garage and now an amazing space -a Morden bedroom with a beautiful en-suite
We carried out every stage of these works for them
We helped with the starting design all the way to the last drop of paint on the wall
The client was so happy the cried with tears of joy and can’t wait to use it in the next day or so
We are a local Tamworth company that supports local businesses aswell so all the materials were purchased from local Tamworth companies -thanks for your help guys and girls 👌
With the lastest building regulations it all pays to do the project well and in keeping with it correctly

Just finished a nice little garage conversion for a local Tamworth family with an en-suite aswell
From the design stages to finish and handed over ready to live in
The client was so happy they cried with joy with the finishes 👍👍👍👍
