I’m not sure who needs to hear this, but in a fraction over ten weeks the clocks change. In my head, this means spaces like these being primed for use again very soon thereafter.

Okay, it might take a couple more weeks for the temperatures to match my enthusiasm, but it’s nice to daydream on a Friday afternoon, right..?!

One of the best things about what I do is getting to engage with so many genuinely lovely people.

This was a new one on me - a “you’re doing a grand job” gift from a client. We’ve only been on the market for 5 days, it hasn’t yet sold (although there are naturally second viewings coming up tomorrow and this weekend 😉👌💥) but they wanted to show their appreciation for the efforts being made.

And their effort is mutually appreciated by me. They didn’t have to do this, I’m only their estate agent after all, but it’s nice to be nice, right?

It’s been a busy few days - easy to tell that holiday season is sadly drawing to an end!

A couple of highlights have been some great completions, as well as a rapid response to a buyer losing their own buyer, enabling me to secure a new deal with a replacement purchaser and ensure my clients can still pursue their own dream move.

The market is still incredibly buoyant as we head into one of the busiest seasons for selling. Now really is the perfect time to maximise the value of your home.
