At Killean Estate, friends come in all shapes, sizes… and sometimes with four legs and very fluffy coats.

As calving and lambing season comes to a close, our hillside has welcomed a whole new wave of tiny noses, wobbly legs, and curious characters. From our gentle Highlands to the newest lambs finding their feet, the estate feels fuller, softer, and even more alive.

A little piece of Killean Estate history is getting ready to open its doors again. The Gate Lodge which is located at the base of the main drive used to welcome travellers onto the estate. It is now being lovingly restored and prepared to welcome guests itself.

Drumnamucklach (The Courtyard Cottages) frames the most stunning views imaginable. As one of the newer dwellings of the original Killean Estate, it looks out across some of the most remarkable scenery on the west coast.
