All tenancy agreements should include at least one mid-term inspection to ensure no breach of tenancy terms.
Having spent number of years as a Property Inspector working for one of the UK’s largest independent residential property groups, I decided to setup on my own to offer a more comprehensive and personalised inventory and property inspection service at an affordable price.
Inspection report starting from £30 includes general maintenance, housekeeping, cleanliness, evidence of smoking, pets, subletting or any other misuse of the tenancy agreement. You can also let me know if there is anything in particular that you would like to inspect. For instance, repairs carried out by a contractor.
All reports are compiled using Hive inventory software and includes 360’ images in addition to still photos.
