We are pleased to announce that No. 1 The Crescent, our attractive Grade II listed office located in the heart of Taunton, is now fully let.

Units 1-4, Summerfield Court will soon be home to Data Comms Direct Ltd and Integra PDU Ltd, two growing businesses that are ready to take the next step in their expansion.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of attending the launch event for the 2027 Taunton Swimathon 🏊🩵

It was lovely to hear from the local charities that benefitted from the event this year and to find out the local charities who will benefit from the money raised next year.

On Friday evening, Summerfield Developments and Stephens Scown teamed up as joint sponsors to host a Business Networking Event at the show. The evening brought together local businesses, showing the importance of sponsorship and how we can collectively help secure the future of this much loved Taunton tradition, which has been around for nearly 200 years!
