Getting the lodge ready for our Xmas bookings trying to make it a bit cozy! Benn super busy even in the last few weeks out of season. Had some really@lovely guests, some@on their second or third visit!

We’ve had such a fantastic response to the launch of our Riverside Lodge through Air b n b. We have been almost fully booked since 19th June! 😁

The lodge is now complete! All ready for the furnishings to be fitted, beds to make and will be ready for rent very soon. Accepting short term/holiday lets, sleeps up to 4 people comfortably complete with WiFi, fitted kitchen and bathroom, 2 x good size bedrooms with smart tv’s, parking for 2 cars, cozy patio area to enjoy the local views of the river and surrounding areas. Bookings can be done on here or very soon on air b’n’b so will keep you posted.

Enjoying a glass of fizz together after completing on the new rental property in Monkton Heathfield this week 🥂🍾

We handed over the keys to the new tenants the very same day! Quite possibly the quickest purchase to let ever!

Matt’s been working non stop this week and putting in all the hours! All rooms now painted, doors hung, kitchen in and floor going down at the weekend. An amazing push this week, well done MC Building it’s looking great 😊x
