Happy Friday!

3 sales agreed this week which is great news and shows that the market is still moving… it only takes ONE buyer and they may be your next so if you’re on the market and wondering why things are so quiet, don’t loose hope 🙌🏻

There are lots of buyers out there but most of them need to sell before they can then actually buy on (catch 22!) so as soon as one property sells it will likely have a knock on effect and help others sell too… yep I’m feeling positive this morning 😁

We thought we’d properly introduce ourselves and share how Drain & Tank Solutions SW started 👋

Before starting the business in 2023, both of us had spent years working for larger companies across the South West in drainage, wastewater and utilities.

After years on the tools, we decided it was time to take the leap and build something of our own using the skills and experience we’d gained over the years.

That’s how Drain & Tank Solutions SW started 💪

Since then, the business has grown more than we could have imagined. We now operate from our own unit and have three teams working across Devon & Cornwall helping both domestic and commercial customers with:
✔ Treatment tank installations
✔ Soakaways
✔ Drainage repairs
✔ CCTV surveys
✔ Compliance support

We’re really proud of what we’ve built so far and massively grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way.

Now this is a blast from the past! I’m so glad I don’t have to do these anymore 🤣

I have actually sold Priory Close 3 times in the past for over the asking price of £439,950 (this was back in 2022 when the market was crazy)

…but my vendors couldn’t find the house that they wanted so ended up staying…

Now they have found their dream home but I haven’t yet got a buyer for theirs 🤦🏻‍♀️…I think this is called ‘sods law’!

Anyway, I thought I’d share this cringeworthy video from back, then just in case it was this that sold it 🤣🤣
