Emergency call-out sorted same day 👇

Customer had a hidden leak under the floor — turned out the copper pipe had oxidised and developed pinholes 💧

Cause?
A capped-off dead leg pipe (around 3m long) with no water flow… which led to bacteria build-up and internal corrosion over time 👎
A plastic pipe without an insert will eventually give in and flood the place.
What we did:
✔️ Removed the dead leg section
✔️ Re-piped properly with copper tails
✔️ Eliminated the source of the issue (not just the leak)
✔️ Topped up and tested the system
✔️ Floor reinstated
