The gallery edit no one does.
Most hosts keep adding photos. The real win is deleting the ones that slow the decision down. In May, guests are scrolling faster and comparing harder. If your gallery creates doubt or confusion, they move on.

1) Remove duplicates
If you’ve got 3 angles of the same room, keep the strongest one. Duplicates create skimming fatigue.

2) Remove dark photos (unless it’s the twilight shot)
Even if the room is lovely, a dark image reads as “risky”. The exception is a strong twilight shot, which can make the stay feel warm and premium.

3) Remove contextless close-ups
Close-ups are only useful when they add meaning. Random cushions and taps can confuse more than they help.

4) Remove the random order
Your gallery should feel like a tour, not a camera roll. Aim for: main moment, living, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, outdoor, details.

5) Replace the weak links with 3 clarity shots
Add just three images that remove doubt:
- a wide shot that shows layout flow
- your best outdoor or view moment
- one “ease moment” that shows the stay runs smoothly (dining table set, coffee corner, welcome guide)
