“Where have DNB Homes gone? You don’t hear about them much anymore…” 🙃

Truth is, we’ve been a little bit… (a lot) busy.

Over the past few months we’ve been focused on launching The Art Of Property our investor and deal sourcing community. Since launching we’ve already hosted several in-person events and sourcing retreats where members are actively finding and securing deals together.

We’ve also introduced support around Serviced Accommodation, HMO, BRR and FLIP strategies and recently kicked off our Deal Sourcing Accelerator, welcoming members into the community with a 60/40 sourcing fee split so everyone benefits from the deals being found.

Alongside this, we’ve launched the AOP Marketplace - a dedicated place within the community where investors can view all DNB Homes x AOP investment opportunities, complete with deal breakdowns and brochures. All of our existing DNB Homes Elite Investors will automatically receive free access to this inside the AOP Community.

It’s been hectic, but incredibly rewarding.

At the same time, AFFLUXI has been scaling fast 📈 growing from just 4 units this time last year to nearly 35 today. Behind the scenes we’ve been building the team, tightening our systems, automating processes, and working closely with our staging partners, landlords and investors to deliver better results across the board.

Everything we’re building feeds back into the community.

The aim has never been to create another “education platform”. There are plenty of those around already.

What we’re building is a genuine community - with people with real experiences, sharing knowledge, finding deals together and helping each other move forward.

It’s not about taking people’s money.
It’s about making money together.

And honestly, this is only the beginning.
