Forgot to take before photos on this one.
Patched up a boxed area and installed panelling around the room. Finished off with new skirting boards. A new wall hung basin and close coupled toilet was installed incorporating new wastes and feeds to both.

Ensuite before and after

This was a job that really snowballedā€¦ FAST

What started out as just a shower area replacement quickly turned into a full install.

Having uncovered leak after leak and fault after fault, the decision was made to rip everything out and start again, but to this time create a safe, functional and modern space that will stand the test of time.

The bath was removed and a large walk in shower tray was installed with thermostatic shower.
Beautifully timeless, shaker styled fitted furniture was installed in a natural green colour adding ample storage space within the room. Rustic feeling chevron LVT flooring was installed adding depth to the space.

I could keep on talking about this room but I donā€™t think words could do it justice, so Iā€™ll just let the photos do the talkingā€¦

This was a pleasure to install, from what appeared to look ā€˜okā€™ from a distance really wasnā€™t the best quality from a previous fitter.

We opted to rejig the room slightly to give it a new lease of life. We installed a wet room tray which enabled us to upsize the shower area dramatically and then added a concealed a shower valve to give the feel of luxury. We removed the unused bath and then put the basin and LED mirror in its place which greatly improved the space in the room. The close-coupled toilet was replaced for a luxury rimless close coupled. Finally the the radiator was replaced for a tall flat panelled radiator.

By the end of the install, the customer was left with a lovely, luxury and spacious bathroom which they can enjoy for years to come.

Enclosure out, walk-in in.
For a small job this uncovered many current and previous issues which had to be addressed before we were able to start the work which we had actually plannedā€¦ from all waste pipes running in the wrong direction, multiple leaks from the waste pipes, poorly installed cistern which was not only hanging on by a thread but was also leaking, and then to top it off, a burst pipe in the attic which was caused by a previous fitter installing a compression joint but not tightening a nut AT ALL.

Well, what can I say about this oneā€¦.
Not only was it a labour of love that threw many challenges in my direction, but it was also breath of fresh air to take on something different from the usual bathroom revamp. Oh and not to mention having cracking customers always helps šŸ¤™šŸ¼

This went from a very large bedroom to what I would say is still a large double bedroom but with the added benefit of having its own ensuite with dressing area.

This was lots of work, with lots changes and lots of brews ā˜•ļø and house filled with happy customers šŸ¤™šŸ¼

This was a much needed freshen up from the original room.
The goal for this one was creating a more accessible space for the customer and along the way remedying poor workmanship left by previous fitters.

The finish was exactly what the customer had envisioned, hopefully this makes life a little easier going forward.
