After some time away from social media, we're pleased to return with some exciting updates.

We're unveiling our brand new logo - a refreshed look but the same great team! Our team are also working on developing a brand new website, which we hope to launch in the coming months, which will offer an improved, more seamless experience for our clients.

How time flies, it is our birthday! We have had an incredible 4 years. We are very grateful for the tremendous support we have received. We would like to thank all homeowners over the last year for their help and understanding in making our inspections Covid safe.

Estate agents are very busy. Don't forget if you are buying with a mortgage, many Lenders are still not having the property inspected. It is so important to get an independent survey before you buy.

Did you watch Dispatches on Channel 4 last night? Buying a newly built house is not a guarantee of a defect free house. You should take independent advice on any house purchase.
