Our 2023 site work has officially started. We are acting as the lead consultants and contract administrators for the masonry repair and re-roofing of this imposing grade II* listed late Victorian masterpiece in Woking.

We’re pleased to have recently won instruction on Locally Listed Building in Camden. We’re assisting with the production of a Heritage Statement and Impact Assessment to support the owner’s proposals for a mansard roof extension. Our aim is to show that the proposals do not impact the significance of the LLB or any important views.

Earlier in the week, we undertook a high-level drone survey of this Welsh green slate roof and cupola vent of a former maternity hospital in East London.

We just finished a heritage statement of this beautiful Grade II listed cottage and former shop in Buckinghamshire. Interestingly, documentary research and building analysis suggest that the building may potentially be older than originally listed by .
