Even though space was tight, we managed to fit en-suites in all of the bedrooms of our latest HMO project.

We’ve found en-suites not only skyrocket the appeal of the property, it also boosts rental income significantly.

With this HMO we exceeded all rental expectations and achieved above average prices for all rooms. And so far, we’ve achieved 100% occupancy rates.

Our tenants absolutely adore these personal spaces!

It’s a win-win for everyone - a more comfortable stay for tenants, and a better rental return.
