Spotted a property while out delivering letters in 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 today, being marketed through auction.

Auctions can absolutely work in the right situation, especially when a seller wants speed and certainty. But they’re not the only option available.

Sometimes sellers may prefer:
• A direct sale
• More flexibility around timescales
• Fewer viewings
• A quieter, more straightforward process
