As part of our services all inventories, property visits and checkouts have the co2 and smoke alarms checked. So that they are in working order and in the correct locations throughout the tenancy. We even provide the expiry dates ;-)

Some dangers are obvious.
Others are completely silent.

Gas fires, wood burners, and boilers can all produce carbon monoxide, and there are no visual warning signs.
A working alarm is the only reliable protection.

Help keep your landlords and tenants safe:
• Install carbon monoxide alarms in the required rooms
• Test them regularly
• Respond quickly to any concerns about appliances

The Property Genie is a forward-thinking and vibrant company, that provides outsourced letting services to letting agents. I am looking for a part-time Inventory Clerk to join my current team.

What I am looking for:
✅Strong attention to detail
✅Good organisational skills
✅Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅Can drive and have use of a car
✅Previous experience in the lettings industry or as an inventory clerk is a bonus!

The position is for 16 hours per week (ideally 9 till 1 over 4 days but can be flexible), and overtime is available at busy periods. You must be able to work on your own and have access to a vehicle to travel within the North Yorkshire area. Full training will be provided.
