About Nethercleave: A Devon long house, not far from Tiverton, tucked into a sheltered valley with accessable but unfrequented bridle and walking tracks Nethercleave is a place where children and pets can run free in the garden, families walk together through the woods and where buzzards soar above. To us it has been a magical place where our family has enjoyed hosting many loved ones at wedding receptions, Christenings, birthdays, parties, Christmases and Easters over the decades.
Nethercleave’s gorgeous view makes a stunning backdrop to your life there. But inside it is full of character, with original beams in the kitchen and two inglenook fireplaces, it is roughly 400 years old and overlooks the beautiful Buzzards’ Valley, less than four miles from the nearby market town of Tiverton. With six bedrooms, ample parking and spacious gardens, it comes with 2.5 acres of land. Neighbouring land is also currently for sale from another vendor, for those with an interest in more land.
Originally part of a farm complex, Nethercleave has one neighbouring property. It has space and potential for further development, perhaps an annexe, extension or outbuildings.

And a little further, both Devon coasts along with Dartmoor and Exmoor have given us many days out exploring tors, beaches and camping trips.
