👋 MEET THE TEAM | LISA CALTHORPE

Some people just have a natural way with people — and Lisa is definitely one of them.

Lisa originally joined Jack Charles on a part-time basis, but fast-forward to today and she has become very much a key part of the team, now working pretty much full-time with us as a Sales Executive.

Before entering the world of estate agency, Lisa enjoyed a successful career as a professional hairdresser — which, when you think about it, probably prepared her rather well for property! Years spent talking to people, listening, building relationships and understanding exactly what somebody wants are skills that transfer perfectly into estate agency.

Moving from hairdressing into property may have been a completely different world, but Lisa quickly settled in and has developed a real passion for sales.

A genuine people person, Lisa is friendly, approachable and loves meeting buyers and sellers. She also brings excellent local knowledge to the team, something that is invaluable when helping people with one of the biggest decisions they will make.

What started as a part-time role has grown organically as Lisa has become increasingly involved across the business — dealing with buyers, vendors, viewings and everything else that a busy estate agency throws at you!

A little morning learning at Jack Charles 📚🏡

This morning the whole team took part in an Anti-Money Laundering and compliance training session, making sure everyone stays refreshed, informed and fully up to speed with the latest requirements.

It might not be the most glamorous side of estate agency, but it’s an incredibly important one — helping to protect our clients, our business and ensuring everything is handled properly. ✅

The team were fully engaged, asking questions and taking plenty of notes…

Well, almost the whole team. 😂🐶

Ru joined us for the session too, but unfortunately slept through most of it and will therefore need to be booked onto the refresher course.

Safe to say, compliance may not be his strongest department!
